What will it cost ?
If your claim is successful:
- In workers compensation cases solicitor's fees are paid by the insurance company at the end of the claim.
- In victims compensation cases solicitor's fees are paid by the victims compensation tribunal.
In any other type of action for damages (such as motor accidents or slips and falls) our fees are negotiable so come in and talk to us.
Contingency Fees
We are also prepared to run some cases on a no win no fee basis, subject to the requirements of the Legal Professions Act.
