Nicole Leggat BA LL.B
Qualifications
Nicole Leggat graduated from the University of New South Wales in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts Law (BA LL.B.) and was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in May of 2003. Currently, Nicole is nearing completion of her Masters in Laws specialising in Corporate and Commercial Transactions. Nicole began her career by working as a paralegal for two years at Teakle Ormsby Conn in 1999. This was followed by one year as a volunteer law clerk at the Kingsford Legal Centre. In 2003, after finishing her legal training, Nicole worked as a solicitor for Westfield specialising in retail and commercial leasing. In 2004 Nicole rejoined Teakle Ormsby Conn as an associate and established a branch office in Double Bay. The branch office specialises in property matters and corporate and commercial transactions. She also undertakes general law matters for her dedicated clients.

Nicole’s approach to each matter is first and foremost to understand the needs of each client and then to provide that client with advice which is practical, realistic and commercial. Nicole places high value on developing strong client relationships that will last a lifetime. Nicole’s knowledge and, devotion to time and efficiency has earned her an extremely creditable name in the industry. Nicole is a very outgoing person, who loves meeting new people and is devoted to growing the business further in the Eastern Suburbs.
